KOCAELI UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL
This project was to provide detailed design documentation to a construction company, in respect of the Radiographic Diagnostic, Polyclinic and Day- Surgery Department Annex to the main hospital complex of the Kocaeli University Hospital Project in Izmit.
Services provided
Assist The Architectural Team:
Working closely with the Architectural Team in development of Concept Design drawings, giving special emphasis on flow paths and service interrelationships.
Medical Apparatus Layouts:
Selected in accordance with our standard equipment database wherein the exercise of Space Planning is begun in detail, wherein each item of medical equipment and furniture is shown in its designated room.
Medical Equipment Details:
The development of wall elevations showing items of equipment and furniture and their respective mechanical and electrical services coordinates thereby allowing the appropriate sub-contractors to locate accurately their respective services within each room.
Medical Equipment Listings:
Determining the medical equipment package room by room listings; floor bills of quantity; total bills of quantity; medical equipment package distribution listings; mechanical and electrical design loadings and distribution.
Coordinate Medical and Technical Staff:
Coordinate with responsible Medical and Technical Staff in order to obtain final approval of overall design; departmental design; individual room design and space planning; and medical equipment package selection.
Provide on-site control and coordination:
To provide on-site control and coordination in way of mechanical and electrical services provision and location within each room in accordance with the pre-determined wall elevations.
