Services Provided
Departmental Program
Arranging meetings with Department Heads and
responsible personnel in order to understand
both present and future service needs; to determine
expansion needs; and thereby to develop spreadsheets
outlining department configurations and interrelationships.
Schedule of Accommodations:
Based upon the available Departmental Program, to
determine those rooms necessary to complete all departments, the quantity of each type of room and associated square meter requirements.
Assist The Architectural Team:
Working closely with the Architectural Team in development of Concept, Preliminary and Detailed Design drawings, giving special emphasis on flow paths and services interrelationships.
Medical Equipment Listings:
Determining the medical equipment package room by room listings; floor bills of quantity; total bills of quantity; medical equipment package distribution listings; mechanical and electrical design loadings and distribution.
Provide on-site control and coordination:
Providing on-site control and coordination in way of mechanical and electrical services provision and location within each room in accordance with the pre-determined wall elevations.
This contract is a follow-up to the Phase I construction of 1997-2000, being an extension to the existing facility in the range of 19,000 m2. This extension is to accommodate Normal Patient Floors (approximately 100 beds); Polyclinic Services (cardiology, cardiovascular, nuclear medicine, internal medicine, physical therapy, genetics laboratory, emergency department, ent, ophthalmology, sleep laboratory, neurology, neurosurgery, radiology, kitchen, laundry, staff changing, technical services, medical records).
